Lead Time Prior to Shipment

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. However, not all items listed for sale are in our immediate inventory. Some items will need to be special ordered from manufactuerers or suppliers prior to being shipped out. This will add a lead time to your order. Typical lead times from our suppliers will be an additional 1-4 business days before we recieve the item here. As soon as the special ordered item is received we will package it and send it to you that same day.

If you have any concerns about what the specific lead time for a part is, feel free to contact us by phone at (920) 788-0220. Our customer service team can provide you with a more accurate lead time, if there is one at all.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Thursday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Thursday evening or Friday morning.

Shipping Method Explanation

Business days are Monday-Firday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For a more specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you want to purchase, please call us at (920) 788-0220.

FedEx Ground

  • Delivery typically in one to five business days after shipment.

FedEx 2nd Day Air

Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Thursday, it will arrive on Monday of the following week.

FedEx Next Day Air

  • Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

FedEx International

  • Delivery typically within 5-10 business days after an order has shipped. Shipping times may vary, this is dependent on how much time the package takes to clear customs. Please note that international shipping prices do not include any additional import taxes or fees you may incur.

USPS Ground

  • Delivery typically one to five business days after shipment.

USPS International

  • Delivery typically within 5-15 business days after an order has shipped. Shipping times may vary, this is dependent on how much time the package takes to clear customs. Please note that international shipping prices do not include any additional import taxes or fees you may incur.

Billing Address Shipping Only

It is the policy of Ken's Sports (Snowmobile Track Warehouse), that all orders that are paid for with a credit card must be shipped to the billing address of the purchasing card. The only alternative to this is to submit payment via PayPal. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. If you select PayPal as your method of payment you'll still be able to pay with your credit card once you are re-directed to the PayPal website.

Signature Required

It is the policy of Ken's Sports and our shipping carriers (FedEx, Spee Dee Delivery ad USPS), that all packages valuing over $400 must be signed for at the time of delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy. The delivery will be attempted up to 3x by the carrier, after 3 failed attempts to deliver the package without signature the package will then be returned to us. At this point your order will then be refunded, less the cost of shipping.

Oversized Items

All website shipping rates are configured from manufacturer input of weights and dimensions.  If these inputs are not exact, shipping charges may be incorrect.  At this point, we weigh & measure the items at the time of shipment to determine the best shipping method possible. If there is an issue with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible with options to move forward with your shipment.

Hazardous Items

Items designated as hazardous (such as paints, oils and chemicals) may only be shipped to specific areas due to our carrier restrictions. In the event that we are unable to ship a hazardous item to your specific location we will contact you to work out the details or the order/delivery.
